AL sends letters to nominated candidates

Awami League (AL) has started to send letters to its nominated candidate for the upcoming 12^th national elections.

The nomination letters are being sent on Monday noon from the AL President’s political office in Dhanmondi of the capital.

Earlier, the ruling party announced the name of its candidates for the upcoming national elections on Sunday. They have published the finalized lists for 298 seats among 300.

AL has sold party nomination forms from November 18 to 21 from 5 pm for the 12th National Assembly elections. A total of 3,362 nomination forms were sold in these four days. Among them, 121 people bought the form online. The party has earned 16 crore 81 lakh taka by selling forms.
